If I remember, the ac belt is in front of the power steering belt. If that is the case, you need to remove the ac belt including all other belts in front if there is!
To do that, every belt has a adjustable "wheel" that needs to be loosen to remove the belt. Once that done you may have to work your way around the fan with some belts to remove.
To install your new belt including the other ones if there are! you do the opposite.

Because the alternator water pump and ac belts both have to be removed first I reccomend taking your time and you will need 1/2 inch breaker bar set of standard sockets and it is worth going by the car wash first to get 32 years of grease and dirt off before you start. Replace all the belts. Do not pry on the powersteering pump tank to tighten the belt. If you have mechanical skills and like getting dirty you will be fine. Note there are three or four bolts you will have to loosen to get the P/S pump to move look for the square hole to put the breaker bar into...

Remove any other belts that obstruct the installation of the power steering belt. Loosen the bolts on the power steering pump. Take the belt and run it around the pulley for the power steering pump. Next locate the pulley that lines up with the pulley on the power steering up on the water pump. Do the same for the crank shaft pulley. Tighten the power steering pump and belt by using a pry bar, tighten the bolts (be sure to not apply pressure on the pump housing, only the mounting bracket.) Then reinstall all other belts.
