I take it this is "your husband" and you want to know if he'll cheat (or already has)...since it seems that you suspect he's either has or will soon? It matters not to some men whether they're "gettin' it" at home. Men like variety when it comes to sex and it doesn't matter who else he's gettin it from. So yes, even though he calls it "harrassment" (now that he's been caught), he'll probably take advantage of the "extra tail" if he can.

If he is yours, trust him! If you can`t trust him, maybe there is more going on than flirting!
Also, there is a law against this! Tell him to file a sexual harassment notice with his company. They are made by law to handle this! If it continues they will have to fire her! And if they do not do anything about it, then he can file a lawsuit against the company.. Sexual Harassment usually can settle out of court for half a million.
Now the problem.. If he refuses to do anything about this.. You better pack because he is loving it! And is very likely to be getting it on!
I`ll be praying for you..

if this were the same coming from a woman wouldn't it be harassment? There's an old saying" never crap where you eat." a SMART man knows not to risk his job and survival by screwing around at the office especially if it's his boss. Still, man or woman if someone keeps coming on to you that you don't want to it's harassment. I'd say support him, maybe you can get her to back off? ask a lawyer?

I am a cop at a Hospital, I get women saying out and out what they would like to do to me. I just smile and take it as a compliment. My marriage is not the greatest, my wife acts like I am just there to pay bills and watch the kids. I haven't even thought about cheating. I am a fool I guess, because I am still waiting for my wife to come around.

married man getting it at home is sexually harrassed. I say nope his wife the one he loves is taking care of his needs. He needs to keep track of what she is doing and saying and any witnesses. Sooner or later she may turn on him because he is not receptive to her and file harassment against him.

It would depend on the man.If he loves and respects his wife or girlfriend he'll ignore the harassment advancements and probably tell her.If his ego flies with this type of thing there is a good possibility he will.

Sexually harrassed in which way? Is someone coming on to him, or is it something else. You'll need to be more specific.
