Playtex just came out with a sport tampon. It is supposed to work best for active women. I have never tried it, just seen it on the shelves! Good luck

I use Playtex when I cheerlead. I also use a pad and check frequently. Your coach will understand why you need the restroom. Just tell her. Good Luck. (Playtex is also really comfy and stays put) Just a tip.

Use a super absorbency tampon and wear a panty liner as well

I used playtex when I was cheering...I also used a pantyliner just in case there was any leaks they would leak through the bloomers.......and just go to the locker room and check when you think you need to.....
