If you have told him that you don't like him and he is still bothering you then it is time to get some other persons involved. I'm talking about a teacher or the campus police. This is how most stalkings and killings start. Some guy feels rejected and keeps taking things further and further until they get out of hand and someone gets hurt. If I were you I would definately let others close to you and the campus police know what's going on. Staying silent will only let things get worse.

Once you have told him to stay away from you and to leave you alone, if he doesn't, he is a stalker. It's not just scarry. It could be dangerous. You can go to the police and file a restaining order. If he doesn't stay away then, he goes to jail.

sounds like this person is obviously bugging the heck out of you. ok. be prepared. if they do really bother you that much and you really want to get rid of them then....TOTALLY IGNORE THEM. even they say hi or ask you any question whats so ever. don't answer them. they will get the hint.

Just make sure you aren't doing anything to send mixed signals. If you aren't then just ignoring him probably will not work. You need to make sure in no uncertain terms that he knows you don't like him. If that doesn't work, then make sure you are around other people when he is around.

I really wish I knew the answer to that one, then I could employ it here for all of the "does he/she like me" questions.

Get an adult to have a quiet word with them.
Failing that, get your dad/brother to kick their ***!
