im assumuing you mean a rectangle? If it was a square itd be 400, if its a rectangle its 80l-l^2

That depends on the shape of the area. For example, a square with the perimeter of 80 units has an area of 400 square units. A rectangle of 10 by 30 units has a perimeter of 80 and an area of 300 square units.

well since u haven;t said the shape, ill guess it is a rectangle,
since perimeter means all the side lengths added togther -
for example the sides could be 30, 30, 10, 10
so the area of the rectangle is length x width = 30x10 =300cmsquared

well it could be more than one thing. it could be a square (20X20X20X20) and the area would be 400. it could be a rectangle with 10X30X10X30 and the area would be 300. it could be 15X25X15X25 and it would be...well something, i don't feel like thinkin about it.

you see how there are many possibilities?

here is one BIG thing you have left out. The shape we are dealing with

i will assume you are talking about a square, if not, thats not my fault

P = 4s
80 = 4s
s = 20

Area = s^2
Area = 20^2
Area = 400

ANS : 400
