Agree, in spite of the actual shown actuality that you may fairly argue each and each and every aspect. If the recent guidelines are concerning acts that are taking place, then those human beings will develop into criminals with the passing of the regulation, for this reason extra criminals created. party: say they bypass a regulation making it unlawful to employ unlawful immigrants (ok, it already is). those those who're already utilizing illegals immigrants, who would comprehend the knew regulation, yet who would truly have a problematic time replacing all their workers, will probable take a danger (in spite of if really contained in the little while period) to preserve the unlawful workers and they are subsequently new criminals. also, and heavily on the problem of the first, if there are extra guidelines on the books that's extra probable the without delay ahead citizen will be ignorant of the guidelines, and thereby accidentally damage the regulation. There would subsequently be extra criminals. party: A state enacts a regulation making it unlawful to "cruise" any street. If there replaced into earlier not a regulation, and it likely did not receive lots of information insurance, then those who do cruise the line (possibly even an out of towner) will unknowingly damage the regulation. ultimately, and obviously not as logical or sparkling-reduce, yet there are those persons that rebellion hostile to authority and experience threatened with the passage of present day guidelines. Out of protest it isn't not likely there will be someone damage the recent regulation, and thereby create a minimum of one extra criminal. An party of this very last one will be like the Flag burning change they keep attempting to bypass. presently not that many human beings burn the Flag, because maximum persons to appreciate it. although, if a regulation were to be handed, i could almost assure there will be protesters burning Flags throughout alleging their loose Speach rights were infringed upon (in spite of if it were only for a short era). reliable good fortune.

Yes this is true, why is the question. It has to do with the structuring of our society. Here in Aussie you have to pay taxes, though people find ways and loop holes in the law, so they paid less tax, are they criminals ? Also if you harm a person while they are breaking into your house you can be charged with assault, who is the criminal ? Also if you find a lost child in a shopping centre and take them by the hand to security to find their parents, you can be charged with interfering with the child, who is the criminal ?

Agree (with more laws, more ways to break them, more criminals created)
The war on drugs campaign led to more restrictions and new laws meant to combat the american "drug problem", and now a large proportion of people in state prisons are there on drug charges.
Laws created due to the temperance movement (prohibition), led to the creation of illegal alcohol "runners", speakeasies (sp?), and generally the rule of the mob in large cities (Al Capone in Chicago).
Laws that restrict immigration have led to massive amounts of illegal immigrants etc.

I agree. 1. If they made more laws then the things that were once legal would not and people don't adapt fast. Crud that really sums it up. You can use that in your homework. You'll need two more though.
