I'm not gonna say "what other choice do they have" like a complete feeb, but the point is, the alternative is brutal prison rape, which usually ends in being carved with a shiv. I'm with timetraveler; if they're gonna go through with it, giving them condoms to prevent infection would be quite logical, let alone healthy. After all, they're already inmates, do they really need to go from being anally invaded to being a carrier for life, granted they get out of prison alive?

By Law it is not ok. By practice and the officers turning the other cheek it is ok. It is one way to stem aggressive behavior of the inmates. And it is a way for people to survive prison

One is consensual intercourse, or a facsimile of it, between 2 adult males in penal complex - the different is rape. not all adult males will swap under those situations, and maximum do not. How could gay adult males swap to heterosexual in penal complex? by making use of being caught in a women human beings's penal complex?

I think the real question is; if they do....who is going to complain? I mean unless a guard sees the love birds.
And hey...as screwed up as it maybe, is, isn't... it's a heck of a lot better then prison rape.

Do you mean legally or morally? Legally the laws vary from state to state but morally, God destroyed two entire cities for this type of wickedness.
