something is telling me that it was also in a kids film or cartoon! please help!

I'm not sure which movie you are talking about. It has been in many movies as it is a very popular song. The people who are saying "The way we were" are wrong. The song in that movie is called "The way we were". Anyway, the movie Jersey Girl has that song in it at the little girl's school talent show. It seems like all the kids were singing it except for the little girl who starred in the movie. I hope I helped a little.

The song is from "Cats" the musical. The song "Memory" from "The Way We Were" is a different song.
