Of course. The term is somewhat antiquated and derogatory, but transsexual women and intersexed individuals (you might know them as hermaphrodites) do exist.

Pre-op transsexual women still have male genitalia, but look like women in all other respects, so people dubbed them 'shemales'.

Intersexed individuals come in as many flavors as ice cream, but some do have more male genitalia but present a female gender, hence earning them your title of 'shemale'.

Absolutely. A "shemale" is just a transexual male who has not had the operation. She is certainly female in every other way except for the genetalia. Transexual persons need and deserve our understanding, respect and support.

yes you can actually be born with both and when you get older if you have More testosterone than estrogen you become a man or more estrogen you become a female
