Well, you can't use 100 coins to MAKE a dollar as coins are metal and a dollar isn't the same material.

100 pennies will equal a dollar.

I don't know if there are any other currencies that have 100 of their coins equal to a dollar. You also have to bear in mind what the rate of exchange is at the moment.

You want to "make" a dollar - ie a dollar profit - with 100 coins? CAN DO! Take a dollar bill to the bank and but 100 US pennies made before 1982. Take these to a scrap copper buyer, he will buy them, based on today's copper price of $3.08 a pound, for $2.05 - you just made a dollar (plus a nickel) with 100 coins!

the only possible way to do this is 100 1c coins.
Since these went out of circulation 10 years ago in Aus, and im not too sure that you are older than that.....they were the brown ones.........
