Why can't the man be acknowleged for the good he has done and let it be?

I agree completely!!!! Dr. King was a truly extraordinary man, fully deserving of the beautiful memorial which will be erected to him in Washington, D.C.

Those with the negative comments of him still suffer from the same ignorance Dr. King worked so hard against.

The hard fact is that racism is not dead, and your observation is the perfect example of this. Even today racism lives on, and MLK's dream is not fully realized. These people need to get a life and some education!

Anybody who's acting negative towards Dr. king is nothing more than a stupid, ignorant, suburban dip$hit with too much time on their hands and not enough sense in their heads. Ignore them, they don't deserve a response.

the same reason why the racist always say things negative about king around his birthday.

He's been in the news alot lately, so they figured it's time to dust off their venom a little earlier then normal.

He had courage he had conviction and he fought for the human rights of all humans.
Cowards find that hard to live up to. So in order to feel better about there petty and cowardly lives they need to knock someone down.
Do what one of the greatest American heros of all time would do.
Pray for them.

I AGREE, IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH RACISM. A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL DON'T LIKE TO SEE BLACK PEOPLE SUCCEED, BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT SO I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT.
