when a pet wonders over around your house just pay attention to them and they will welcome themselves into your house. If you know there owner try inviting him/her over and press invite whole family after all pets are part of the family!!!

You cannot invite pets alone, you need to call a Sim with pets. When asked what do you want to do, invite over, just talk , or invite household. Invite the household and the pets will come with them to your Sims house. Other than that you just have to wait for the pets to show up in your yard.

I think they just wander over. Whenever i'm playing they just walk on over, or come over at night to the house. You'll see them a lot. I'm wandering if you know the owner of the pet and have a high relationship and invite them over that the pet can come too, I still haven't tried that one. I've been trying to steal someone's pet lol.

invite the family when you call someone the option of invite family will come up click on that and everyone will come over.
