I guess you want to know how to sove these equations for x, well, this is how you solve them:
2(x-3)-3(x+5) = 3(x-2)-7
first you multiply the terms inside the parenthesis per the terms outside the parenthesis.
2x - 6 - 3x - 15 = 3x - 6 - 7
now you put in one side all the terms that have an x and on the other side all the terms that don't. Remember to change symbol when you are moving from one side to the other.
2x - 3x - 3x = 6 + 15 - 6 - 7
now you operate
-4x = 8
then you divide both sides between 4 and you get
x = -8/4 = -2
ok, that's how you do the first one, the second one you do it the same ;o)

I am assuming these are two different questions.........
Question 1:
You need to start off by distributing
2x - 6 - 3x - 15 = 3x -6 -7
Collect like terms on each side
-x - 21 = 3x - 13
Move all terms containing x to one side
-8 = 4x
Divide both sides by 4
x = -2
Question 2
3x - 15x +35 = 2x + 18 + 45
-12x + 35 = 2x + 63
-14x = 28
x = -2

2(x-3)-3(x+5)=3(x-2)-7
2x-6-3x-15=3x-6-7
-x-21=3x-1
-4x=20
x=-5
3x-5(3x-7)=2(x+9)+45
3x-15x+35=2x+18+45
-12x+35=2x+63
-14x=28
x=-2
I forget all the terms for what I did up there, but that's the way it's done.

2x-6-3x-5=3x-6-7
-x-11=3x-13
-11=4x-13
2=4x
1/2=x
x=1/2
3x-15x+35=2x+18+45
-12x+35=2x+63
35=14x+63
28=14x
2=x
x=2
