Not really, but just because they don't doesn't mean you can't pull it off, I love wearing clothes that don't go together. Try it and see how it works out

Yes...they're neutrals. They go together. Just make sure you wear brown accents (belts/shoes/hats - accessories), or you can use a range of browns or reds. Notice each color I've stated is mixed either way on the on the color spectrum. Use red as an accent up-top and browns for everything else.
Do not attempt to add black anywhere! That includes jacket, hat, scarf, etc.
