Yeah, I already asked this, but it got blah answers over in the cooking section...

A bunch of them on-line don't even mention their temperature ranges, and one I saw in a shop didn't even mention it on the box. (!)

I saw one on Amazon that goes up to 700 degrees -- and five hundred bucks. Hmm.

If you have one but don't know -- give me an idea of how long it takes you to cook your pizza, and how it cooks.

Re. "This high of a temp is unsafe..." -- what can I say? Yours sounds like a dull life, and one with mediocre pizza to boot.

Are you talking about the Pizza oven that goes round and round? It cooks from the top and the bottom heating elements at the same time, as long as you have it on DUAL, not sure how hot it can get, but it takes about 12-15 min depending on how you like it, crispy, or soft. Hope this helps!!

This high of a temp is unsafe and there is no food that requires that type of heat.
