Isn't that pretty clear? George Bush and his lying cronies! Bush is the Commander in Chief! I guess he didn't learn much while he was AWOL from the National guard!

The way I see it, George Bush can take the blame, he is the mfwic and the buck stops at his desk. I think he also juiced the faulty intelligence to take us to war to benefit himself and his other rich friends in the oil and arms business's..
