I generally try to eat healthy and watch my diet. "My bowel movements" are generally regular and on time, about twice or three times daily. However I tend to pass gas too much "regularly and on time" and the stench is from the depths of hell itself. this is beginning to bother me now even though I have always been like that since childhood. Is something wrong with my metabolism?

Stress can cause that. Take gas x or some other over the counter gas reliever for a day or 2 and see if it helps.

Farting Problems

LOL, i'm sorry i can't help but laugh... it is bemusing. But this obviously is a problem. People fart, that's a fact of life, but if you have been watching what you eat, then I really think you should go and see a doctor. You might be allergic to certain foods, or have bowl problems. It's embarrassing, but yes, I think you should go and see a doctor, not only to make sure things are ok, but for the decency for those around you. I'm sure your friends, family and even complete strangers don't appreciate being near you, what with passing gas 24/7

Good luck!

I have the same problem, but I know from experimentation that eating a 'better' diet can help - less milk / wheat products / CURRY!!! / spices / alcohol and more water. Lots more water. I've had this prob for years and it can be much improved through a 'boring' diet. But I promise, an improved diet plus a little exercise will make you feel 200% better in yourself.

You may want to look into food allergies. Wheat/Dairy/Soy...you may be allergic and that is what is causing the flatulence. I myself have a condition called Celiac, which is an autoimmune disorder where I cannot eat any gluten (wheat/barley/rye/oats). If I do...it makes me really sick, bloated and gaseous. Good Luck!

Try taking dairy products out of your diet for a week and see if that decreases the farting.

it's nothing wrong withy our metabolism that is just what burns your calories. if you eat late at night i have found out that the next day it usually happens. if you try not to eat right before bed and it still doesn't work then maybe you do need to go to a doctor and ask what is wrong, but it probably isnt anything to worry about

TRY this for a week and see if helps you.. chew on mint leaves after every time you eat something,, ( meal) or make a fruit salad and cut tiny pieces of ginger into it,,, ginger is good for this problem.. in tea or raw ( but tiny pieces because it will burn your tongue)
