these things have helped me so much with nasea when pregnant and not pregnant
1) lemon or lemon juice. something in the fruit levels out your acids in your stomach
2) anti nausea by equate found at wal mart. its for infants but it works great for adults
3) bar seltzer. ( sounds gross but its not too bad ) club soda, lime juice, lemon juice, salt. drink fast as much as you want
any of those three have got to work. I use at least one of those anytime I have an attack of nasea they are all three awesome!
good luck

Sounds like you've come down with a cold or possibly the flu.
Try to get as much rest as you can, eat and sleep regularly. Drink enough fluids, such as herbal teas (lemony and raspberry are quite good, mixed with a bit of extra lemon and honey), water is what you need the most of, and stay away from extremely cold drinks (though those may feel good against your sore throat), though room temperature white soda (7-UP, etc) are very good!
Old wives tale: homemade chicken soup.. and seeing as how I'm an old wife .. canned chicken soup is good as well . Pamper yourself, enjoy some good movies and such, or have someone else pamper you, which is even better.
I'm suffering with that as well. Hang in there, this too shall pass.

In the bulk section of your grocery store you can sometimes get candied ginger, which is great for neutralizing the acids in your stomach that make you have nausea. Pepto Bismol actually does work too, you can take the pills, but I don't know how the liquid tastes. =S

Ginger slices found in the health food store it is coated with sugar. Found near nuts and dried fruits. Sometimes gingerale will help if you sip it..
For that sore throat try some raspberry leaf tea with tsp of apple cider vinegar let cool and gargle with it...
These are awesome things that work great for me....
Lemon water in the morning to help cleanse your system. Lemon zinger tea with some honey to help soothe the throat.
Horehound Cough Drops for a cough can sometimes help...
These are things that worked for my family and I.

Gosh - this is a classic case of performance anxiety having to do with work and not sexual prowess for once. Call the DR and get Phenobarbital with Bella Donna. This is what I was given when in exactly your situation and it worked like a charm. If you call and explain the situation the doctor visit will be a quick in and out just to say hi and pick up the prescription.

Ginger tea made with boiling water poured on to freshly grated ginger is good. So is peppermint tea. So is massaging your abdomen with a mix of grapeseed oil and a few drops of peppermint essential oil.

The nausea could be because you have not been eating enough due to your sore throat, etc. If this is the case try V8......if this stays down try a slice of American Cheese, and regular saltine crackers. If this stays down try half a banana. Take it a little at a time. If you had a true upset stomach I'd say 7Up and Popsicles on a gradual basis as the Popsicles are kinda like glucose, and this was recommended to my dad at the hospital. Hope you get to feeling better SOON!
