I'm part of a production company and whenever someone in the company asks if we could try something out, or something new, or if a shot selection or special effect works, the answer is always "Why Not?" So we want to call ourselves Why Not? Productions LLC

Why Not? implies that you're up for anything, no matter how crappy it is because, why not? I really depends on what you're specializing on and how mature you want your company to appear.

its different and catchy and wouldn't mind seeing that attached to some good tv, music, movie productions in hollywood go for it and trademark it
