I need something to put under the legs of my table and chairs so they don't scratch the hardwood floor. I looked at walmart, couldnt find anything. I don't even know what they are called so that i can shop for them online. Any ideas? Thank you.

You should have been able to find them at walmart. If not go to home depot, target, etc. You want chair/floor protectors. They sell them in all sizes. They are rubber cylinders that fit on the chair legs. If you cant find these, buy felt material, cut and glue to the bottom of your chair legs and table legs.

You need to try a hardware store like Home Depot, or even Office Depot. Both these places sell small inserts that fit under the feet of chairs and tables. Some are made of slick plastic, but I've seen them in glass, too. I always heard them called "scuff preventers," but if you describe them to a salesclerk he should know what you mean.
