Haircut, clean pressed clothes, shiny shoes and clean manicured nails! These are the first things I look at when interviewing, everything else comes later!

Never wear red it is very offensive. Don't suck up to the interviewer(s) but definitely don't be rude. Also study about anything they will ask you and don't freeze up after a question, that shows you hesitate on answering and they might not trust you. Were a suit also or a very nice jacket for some reason professionals like that. Well good luck and I hope you get the job.

First the obvious:
Clean shaven, suit pressed, shoes shined, nails clean, smell clean but not overpowering, well spoken, know the business, know your stuff, look everyone directly in their eyes, sit with your back straight and at the edge of the chair, don't slouch, bring at least 5 copies of your resume with you so that if there are multiple interviewers everyone will have one, bring a pen (a nice one, not a Bic), be honest.
Then the clincher:
Research their company and find out what their biggest (or recurring) problem is, then ask what they are doing to change it.
It always impresses them and lets them know that you are thinking of ways to help their business.

Do lots of research on the company and the role you are being interviewed for, make sure you dress smartly, listen to what the interviewer says to you and try to think before you answer. It is really easy to say, but try not to be too nervous, but equally don't be arrogant or too confident because that can put interviewers off. Above all, be yourself and be honest.

Be nicely dressed. Make sure you make eye contact with the person giving the interview. Give clear answers. If you don't know the answer to a question don't try to B.S. the person. Just relax and be yourself

Dress smart.
Take a copy of your CV in with you with a few notes on it.
Take the job description in with you. have a good looking black folder type thing.
Good firm handshake.
Only sit when they ask you to.
Take out your papers and a pen and look professional!
Pay attention!
Keep eye contact.
Don't fidget or fiddle.
on't be afraid to gesticulate with your hands - it makes you look enthusiastic and more confident - only a bit though at appropriate times - not too Tony Blair!!
Have a sensible question to ask at the end - how big is the team? How would they describe the culture?
Ask them if it is ok for you to contact them if you think of any other questions...
Thank them for their time.
DO RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY. THIAS IS KEY. AT LEAST VIIT THEIR WEBSITE!

Wear clown shoes or flip flops
It will make an impression, just not a good one!
Everybody else has covered all areas
Best of luck

Smell clean, smile & meet the interviewer's eyes.
Nice firm grip when you shake hands - but not too hard. (Ooh, hopefully palms should be dry ... but try not to be spotted rubbing them on your trousers)
Good luck
