Was there actually a movie called the Ugly bug ball? Or are you refering to the movie "Summer Magic" where Burl Ives sings the Ugly Bug Ball....

I would suggest try itunes or 360Share Pro, Ebay, Amazon. I managed to get a really old movie that my mom had been talking about for years from Ebay, so if you can find the exact title, you might be able to find it there.
