everytime i drive i alwayas get in last and all the cars always go ALOT faster then mine ...when i drive all i do is hold down the up arrow and try to stay on the track ...and i also keep crashing into the walls on turns....what am i doing wrong and what is the trick to drive faster??

There's more to NASCAR than going forward and turning.
Every corner on every track is different. There is a certain speed that you can enter and exit a corner. If you go too fast you will crash, if you go too slow, you will lose the race.
As for cars going faster, you need to 'draft' the other cars. Drafting is where you stay behind the car in front of you and you get less wind resistance on your car, which makes you go faster.
