My son got both. I can see him on the PSP2 more often

I have had them all from Sega, Dream cast, etc. I stuck with PlayStation each and every time. When I got me PlayStation 2 then heard about XBox coming out I thought to myself wow! Microsoft in the gaming world this should be good. Well, I got the XBox and stood in line for it. Got it home and moved my Sony PlayStation aside. I thought this was the big one. This is what I have been searching for. Wrong! I quickly went back to my Sony PlayStation. I gave away my XBox to a friend and kept my Sony PlayStation 2. I love it, the games are more for adults and they have plenty of sports, and kids games too. I think the XBox is so over rated. Now with the PlayStation 3 coming out there is no question in my mind about what my next gaming system will be.

I would have to call that one a tie. I dont think either one is better than the other, the only thing the x-box has that the ps2 dont is internal memory, but on the ps2 you can play dvds directly with the controller, as with the xbox you have to go pay about 50 bucks just for the remote and the adapter,

There are more games for the PS2, no doubt. However, Halo and Halo 2 are wonderful games for XBOX, worth the price of the system alone! My own personal opinion is that XBOX has better graphics, more intuitive controllers, and better game play. However, lack of titles for this system means that many, many people would choose a PS2 instead. Give me Halo, thank you very much! :) Good luck!

If you had ever played Halo 2 or Project Gotham Racing 2 on XBOX Live you would not be asking the question.
My son and I have both machines.
When playing the same game on both, such as FIFA, the XBOX is the better game.

The PS2. Better games, better controllers-and come on the Xbox360 uses the same controller design as the PS2 which should PROVE what people want. Yeah the Xbox proably has better graphics but I don't think they are that much better to justify what you lose.

My 2 sons have 1 of each,they spend a lot more time on the PS 2 than the x box,and theres more games avaidable on the PS2.Its very rare the x box is used.

ps2 is best
- low noise
-smaller design
- not heavy like the xbox
- much bigger games archive
-much better games
- the ps2 controller is much better design than the xbox's hard buttons, wrong positioning......
-ps2 plays dvd's straight away
-they have dancemat, eye toy and much more than the xbox
-more people have ps2 so friends can share games/ swap

I would say the PS2. All of my friends have Ps2's except for one, he has an Xbox. I think that PS2 has better games, and is more portable.

My son has both, and he too playes with the PSP more. Plus, I think he mentioned that they no longer release new games for the x-box. So that would make the PSP the thing to buy.
