Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Steagles was the nickname given.

Actually I thought other teams had done it but yeah the short lived Steagles was the disaster created. There was a man shortage, for obvious reasons, and they were trying to keep the league togther enough. At the end of the year the teams parted ways and basically would have nothing to do with each other, as I remember the story.
