My favorite Christmas dish isn't really a dish but more of a meatless feast. On Christmas Eve in order to purify the body in preparation for the birth of Christ my family has a Feast of the Seven Fishes or La Vigilia de Natale. It's an Italian American tradition of eating 7 different seafood dishes. I know most people consider fish a meat, but it's more of a traditional belief thing. We have everything from Calamari to Baccala. All absolutely delicious!!

My mom's stuffing which was passed down from her mom. Also I make a mean carmel cheescake that I save for the holidays cause it is packed full of to many calories.

For me, it's a cranberry frozen dessert my aunt makes. It's a relatively new recipe, having only reached her generation and mine, so it's not technically a tradition yet. But it's really good.

Lasagna. My mama's Italian.
Our family is the only one in our area that eats something other than turkey, ham or goose. *note of pride*

A jolly old English one - my parents were from England. So it's roast beef and yorkshire pudding.
