I'm 19 years old and I sometimes get depressed because I don't like myself. I mean I'm not ugly, but is something that I don't discuss with no one. I used to listen to rap/reggaeton and I've quit listening to them because most of their lyrics are full of hate and vanity (there is no more soul to most of these music). Of course I haven't entirely giving up on these two genres because there are still talented artists who either sing about real day issues or love. Sometimes I get angry and I turn into gangsta rap (I don't want to by the way). What music do you suggest that I should listen to when I'm stress/angry? Then there is my porn addiction. I want to quit, but I can't. What do you suggest? I'm a real bright kid in school, and I like reading. It takes me to some other person's life (more interesting than my own life). I sometimes want to cry, or commit suicide(well really no, but I think of it). I even get happy when I go to sleep. I get really sad. Give me some advice

Have you tried talking to someone? Sometimes the music we listen to can only hurt us! Try listening to something slow and easy listening instead of gangsta rap when your mad. In some of those songs they just promote violence, that is not what you want. You need help with the porn. Professional help! Its like being addicted to drugs. It feels like you gotta have it! (am I right?) If I am, then this is a serious addiction! Please get help, you are just starting life and you don't want to start it this way! For me I reached out to God for help! And now I'm a lot better, and not doing that anymore! Get Help now! Before it's too late! Good Luck!

Hmmm...let's see if we can take your questions one by one here.
1. Try a CD with nature songs or some classical music. Just try it once. If it doesn't work for you try something else(soft rock, hip-hop, country). Find something new you didn't know you liked.
2. The porn will go away when you have a relationship and feel better about yourself. As long as you are not doing anything illegal, don't beat yourself up over it.
3. Reading is a very good thing. Go to your neighberhood book store. Buy any books that interest you. They will help you concentrate and feel better.
4. If you have even the smallest thought that you WOULD commit suicide get help IMMEDIATELY.
5. There are many ways to fight depression. The biggest thing is to see a professional and get any therapy and medication you need. Spend a lot of time doing your hobbies. Keep a journal. Talk to close friends and family you can trust. Get some good self-help books. Fight it every way you can.
I have been in your shoes, it WILL get better. The important thing (which you are doing) is to reach out for help.

How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog ,you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

After the child is born have the paternity scan regardless. If the child is yours then it is yours. Now that used to be practical. BUT, if the child is not yours then 2 matters can occur, you'll receive the baby or reject the baby. Either means the child merits to have a scientific historical past of his organic father and that part of the household. Adopted youngsters are generally scoffed at however they're selected, generally fought for and continually desired. That is greater than a few common youngsters can say. So what ever you do, what ever you make a decision, get the child a scientific historical past of his organic father regardless of who that possibly.

Hey man everyone goes throught that ****. When I'm down or in a bad mood I prefer to listen to the blues. Now not R&B as we know it today but real old school Chicago style blues With the porn addiction all I can say is when you truly want to quit you will.

If i were you, when I get depressed, i wouldn't listen to rock/rap/ heavy metal, cuz that usually only makes you more depressed. Instead, you should go outside and do something. Like, shoot some hoops, play football with some friends, or run(that would always work for me). also, i would start to hang around my friends more. and not the friends that critize you or make you do things you don't want to do. go to the movies with some people to try to get your mind off whatever makes you depressed.
