wash them with cold water,massage them and try some cream Voltaren if you have there!

I'm a fast walker too.. I do a whole bunch of stretches to get a few bones popping and to get the blood flowing faster... it usually relieves it within a few seconds of doing so... or it'll just make it sorer, but it'll take the pain away...
Or just try some Tylenol.. Or Advil, since you prefer that... :-)

Stretching will help aching legs. The worst thing you can do is do nothing. If walking home too fast is making your legs ache, you need more exercise.
