My legs are; must be from walking way too fast to get home because of the weather......Usually takes me 25 minutes to get home from school.

wash them with cold water,massage them and try some cream Voltaren if you have there!

I'm a fast walker too.. I do a whole bunch of stretches to get a few bones popping and to get the blood flowing faster... it usually relieves it within a few seconds of doing so... or it'll just make it sorer, but it'll take the pain away...
Or just try some Tylenol.. Or Advil, since you prefer that... :-)

Stretching will help aching legs. The worst thing you can do is do nothing. If walking home too fast is making your legs ache, you need more exercise.

Soak in the hot tub and stretch them.
