Casper is a great ghost movie. It's Pretty scarry though you'll definitely need a shoulder to lean on. Or seriously I would suggest From Hell with Johnny Depp it isn't exactly a ghost movie but it's about Jack the Ripper. Have fun.........

"Ghost" with Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg. that movie is one of my favorite movies. the first time i watched it i cried. that was ten years ago, when i was like, 7 , lol. so if u watch that movie, prepare to cry because it is SO romantic...
also, there is "Poltergeist". it isn't that scary so your girlfren should be okay..
