I believe in God and he made everything, the world the people the animals all things trees he even maid you because he knows that you will do something great in life some day. I don't know what that will be but he knows what will happen also because your parents weir human and so was God at one time in history.. We weir made just like him in his very own image I think that is cool don't you?That he thought enough about us to make us like him human

it's a survival/coping method. if you spent all your time thinking about, caring about everything you'd burn out. the indifference kicks in when the stress of caring about everything all the time becomes overwhelming.
as an example, one of my friends just went through a lot of personal issues, like breaking off her engagement, losing her job and home repair nightmares. i knew she was totally stressing out, and offered in ANY way i could to help. she asked for my advice, i'd give what i thought was a solid, common sense answer, yet she wouldn't listen (or follow through with my educated suggestion). every time she'd fall into a funk she'd ask for my advice. i'd give it, yet she wouldn't follow through. i worried about her all the time. i wanted to help but she wouldn't let me. i was at my wit's end.
then i had an epiphany. all of my worrying about her was affecting MY quality of life. she wouldn't listen to reason, and i couldn't make her listen. so, i decided to back off... i stopped calling her. i didn't answer the phone when she'd call. i needed my space. and i needed to realize that she had to MAKE her own decisions, and live with her own decisions.
we do talk still, but our friendship is strained. i have my own issues in life to deal with without adding on someone else's. i do feel sad about it from time to time, but not for very long. i can't afford it, mentally right now. once my batteries are 'recharged' i'll pick my new battles.
