I think get noticed means meeting producers, casting agencies and similar? If so, look at this website. Career begginers are welcome to join it. This website also has directories of casting agencies, adevertising agencies and scouts. Its also a famous site, so here young actors and musicians are visible for many industry professionals. Try joining it :)

Take acting classes in school. Major in theatre in college, get an MFA in Grad School. After that you can think about getting noticed. Agents, casting directors and producers do not want to see you unless you have something to offer and are a technically, well-trained actor. Being able to memorize dialogue is not enough.

do u go to college or a school. get involved with the drama club. if your school doesn't have a drama club. START ONE with your principal.
