probate, father past ,no will aunt will not even take my telepone calls?

my father past on 02 is sister sold his house she said he deid only with bills ,but my mother who divorce him says my ant remodold her house she said she paid his bills there was no will this happen in p.r. a comm of the usa can some one help me she don't even take my fone call's

You need a lawyer dude, also probate filings are public records you can get copies of what she is doing, assuming she filed.

the only way she could have sold his house was if her name was on the deed too. talk to a lawyer as if there is no will then the state decides how to divide the estate.
