Sure you can do this just type in the info and there should be a little icon with a bar graph on it click on it and it will set the graph or chart up for you. Good luck!

Absolutely, that's what Excel was designed to do, help you analyze data, especially in the form of graphs. To create a graph of data in your spreadsheet, click the Bar Graph looking icon(It's called Chart Wizard). It should be pretty self explanatory from there.

Yes you can. Follow the help section in Excel as that way you have written directions you can refer back to rather than the shorthand you will get here. For business use, however, I suggest using something like Quicken or Money as both will let you track your financies easily plus do graphs on a month to month and year to year basis.

Enter your data into Excel.
Highlight the cells and then click on the graph icon, Chart Wizard. It will guide you through the process of setting up the type of chart required and the labels for the chart.

Make a table of the money, maybe two titles, Month and Money in.
Select it all and then click the chart option near the top, or go insert>chart. Make sure you have the data selected.
Then it gives you a wizard which is pretty easy to follow after that.
