That the first Amendment does not protect speech that is subversive, revolutionary, or in any other way incites violence against America.

Also, the organizations and/or groups that support such beliefs be banished from our nation.

I would not pass or construct any new ones. And to make English the "official" language is really dimwitted. I see the views and points.

But, do we as Americans go to say Germany and speak German. Nope, and we get ticked off when we cant talk to them. Like "English" is some great universal language that the world should know because America speaks it. But, when the Foreigner comes to America he/she better know English or we belittle them calling them immigrants etc etc. So, why is it good for the goose but not the gander?

Thanks

For the record, the drinking age is determined by the state, not the US government.
States get extra money if they make it 21...

But for my amendment, it would be to make English the official language.

I would make an amendment that'd require all American's to be faithful patriots.

First I'd filter out all the non-citizens and get rid of them.

Then I'd go after all the welfare-recipients and give them 3 months to get a job or get out of the country.

Next I would throw out everyone who hates our ways. (ie., carrying another country's flag & Rosie O'donnell). If you love what this countries does for you, you ought to be proud to carry the American flag. There's nothing wrong with loving the "homeland" but don't 'bite the hand that feeds you'.

It would be to re-word the 2nd ammendment, and put to rest the democrats attempts to restrict the rights of American citizens, the makers of the constitution wanted to keep Americans armed, if you don't believe me research it, there's a reason it is the 2nd ammendment, directly after freedoms of speech, religion, press and petition, they thought it was important, amazing how some people don't now-adays

Providing for testing for potential political candidates for intelligence AND moral fiber. I'd also like to see politicians replaced with a 'draft' of ordinary citizens who pass the above tests.
