Here we all are anonymous in cyberspace voicing our opinions but 90% of us are hiding. I like the sound of a lot of people I have read on Answers, some sound great fun but this seems to be as far as it goes. Wouldn't it be great if we all took a leaf out of a 7 year old child's book and were able to make friends with someone in your peer group within 5 minutes of talking to them? Is anyone out there brave enough ?

yes we can learn, because the children are inocent and you see how they mantain a friendship and how they make friends in an instant, because of they never think of hurting anyone else. they are simply inocent

Yes, and friendship isn't the only thing we can learn from children. But the kind of bravery you are talking about comes at a huge price out in the big bad world. Were that our environment in the world were as safe as the ones we leave our children in at school (not that those are what they used to be or anything)! I am a pretty outgoing person, but find that most people are intimidated by it or outright unfriendly. It's easier to keep to myself than to upset those around me. If you're brave enough, maybe you will win over the people around you! Let us know how it works out!

Ah-h-h-h - you are so right. The world is a very unfriendly, untrusting place. Wouldn't it be nice to turn back the clock a few decades? I'm okay with friends on the Internet - are you? Check out my Blog. It's a Yahoo 360, and is at the top of the page on here.

I already do that. It takes me on average 5 to 10 minutes to decide whether i'm going to like someone or not. If not then i don't bother with them. It's not meant to be rude, it's just selection based on instincts.
I'm not normally wrong either.

your right but children are innocent. adults find it harder to trust one another cos of the way the world is today. it can be a very unfriendly place. would be lovely for everyone to be nice to everyone.x
