I'm a teenager. All my life, I was never good at school. My marks were always inconsistent. So now I wonder, if the doctor diagnoses me with Adhd- what the hell am I suppose to do? They won't do the testing until another 3 months and I've already started giving up. I've self-diagnosed myself. The thing is, the more an untreated person with Adhd tries, the worse he/she becomes.

Stop thinking that you are suffering from this basically it sounds to me as if you are giving up only as an excuse. Try to get involved in your schoolwork and not to think about the tests. i highly doubt that you have ADHD

My middle son was diagnosed adhd He never gave up. They put him on strong meds that made it easier for him to concentrate on whatever task he had to do. The difference is the treatment...without it he couldn't focus on anything for any period of time (long enough for homework or tests). Now he is 23 and has a great job, nice car, no bills and is thankful for the meds that allowed him to think.

Don't give up. People with worse disabilities than you have gone on to do
wonderful things with their lives. You are young and have lots to look forward
to. Believe me it will get better. Sometimes you're the bug, sometimes you're
the windshield. Find something funny in every situation and it will be okay.
It worked for my dad for seventy something years. He was a very funny man.
He could make me laugh when I wanted to cry. Try it.

i'm sorry to hear your that way, maybe if you try your best to get seated for about 5 minutes straight, then the next day can be 5.5 minutes and so on. try to train your self, and use techniques, close your eyes, listen to your breathing, loosen yourself.

take care of yoursel, hope you feel better
