I am an advid tupac fan, there is alot of info about his death

properly first of all Obama is our president no longer a dictator so it is not his activity to make sure if those "criminals" could be charged. Plus it is not a hate crime till you act on it, this is why businesses like the kkk and the tea social gathering are allowed to administration and convey their perspectives with out being charged with a hate crime.
