Why do you think the Assryians took conquered people from their land and moved them to other places.
How did the Assryians set up a well organized government?

1. Mountains (the Caucuses) to the North and the desert to the South.
2. This is mostly because their conquest of Judea (modern Israel) is in the Bible. They burned down the first temple of the Jews, and enslaved the entire populace.
3. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon were a giant garden in the (now abandoned) city of Babylon. They were one of the 7 wonders of the world.
3. They needed slaves to work on building projects and farms.
4. This was because they didn't conquer other nations in the traditional fashion. They first made them client states, giving them money, and then, when the client state was sucked dry, they invaded and set up a government led by a local leader loyal to Assyria. In this way, adding both tribute and loot from conquests, They were enabled to form massive building projects and a very stable, long- term government.

Ohh... And I feel for you forgetting your textbook. normally I would be like those other guy and tell you to do your own homework.
