I met the Dahli Lama in Belfast 5 or 6 years ago. a hand shake and a brief chat. He actually came across as a really mellow together man, very calm. By far the most interesting person i have ever met. Not because of who he was but just his overall manner, he really did radiate an aura of...well calm! As for "celebs" well any that i have met are nothing special on a 1 to 1 level and are mostly just people trying to get through life like you and i, well that is what i think

I've met Diddy, he was cool. I've met Robert Townsend, he was really nice. I've met Angela Bassett & Courtney B. Vance, they were very nice. Very down to earth. Cuba Gooding, Jr. was really cool too. I like him a lot more now then before I met him. Over all, everyone I've met has been cool. John Singleton is the only who was kind of stand-offish and Babyface isn't a people person. It really depends on who you consider to be famous. Some people who aren't huge stars but are still famous in my neck of the woods are really cool peoples. I like the ones that remember you. Even in passing. Like Malcolm Jamal Warner. I've seen him several times and he smiles at me and gives me a hug. He's cool people.

I'm good friends with Celena Rae. I don't know how famous she is to other people. I don't really consider her a celeb, but my friends do.
All of the Dallas Stars. Craig David, Michelle Branch, Nick Lachey, David Dellucci, Teddy Geiger, Kidd Kraddick and the gang, and many other random people...
I guess it was Nick Lachey at a Dallas Stars game.

The lead singer of Papa Roach at a Sacramento, CA Tattoo convention.
Him and his wife were very down to earth, as a matter of fact I didn't even know who I was talking to until my husband said "Hey do you know who you were just having a conversation with?"
I couldn't believe I didn't recognize him.
Also Chuck Norris and his brother own property near my mom, they are both really cool people, good neighbors.

I met lots of them mainly English like, Paul Bettany, Mark Addy, Robert Carlyle, (great guy), i also met Brian Helgeland "director" LA Confidential, Payback, A Knight's Tale, Rufus Sewell, James Purefoy, as i was working for a film producer. Great time but no autographs allowed.
i also met Lionel Richie at heathrow, sitting in a corner waiting for his driver (can you believe it?) he was kind of trying to hide but i went to talk to him.
I also did some translating to a girl that won a backstage party invitation to see Natalie Inbruglia in London and "that was a day not to forget" and believe me - i didn't!!!
I also met some brazilian footballers, but never changed a word with them.

I've met the Queen. She's pretty famous and the most immaculately dressed person I've ever seen in my life. She was very pleasant indeed.

I met Elvis in March 1960 after he got out of the Army. My dad was the head recruiter at Ft Knox and as a joke they sent a note
to Elvis's Company in Germany requesting him to come to Ft Knox for a re-enlistment talk. Elvis thought it was funny so he came along with a bunch of bathing beauties and when I shook his hand he said, "Are you sure you know who I am, kid?" So I started singing Hound Dog to him and he rubbed my head and laughed.
