how do you go about getting the call history on a cell phone?

Is there any way to view dialed/recieved calls once they have been deleted from your phone? Are they saved in memory somewhere?

Try the customer service department for your service provider. They usually have access to a listing of all numbers called by the phones on your plan.

Most of the time the company will send you a bill with the recieved/dialed numbers on it if you request it.

Depending on your provider, your on-line account manager should log all calls
