The problem is that you don't download the business cards from vistaprint...You order them, and then they ship them to you.

To know what version of IE you are using go to Help (on menu bar)>About Internet Explorer.
Your security setting in Internet Options should be Medium and no higher than Medium High. I keep mine at the Default settings by clicking the Default setting buttons for them.
