If your hair is long, I like the idea of curling it in hot rollers and pinning it up in a loose chignon with jeweled barrettes, leaving a few ringlets dangling around your face. Here are some examples:

For a fairy-queen feel, you can also braid some strands of hair before pulling it up.

Since your lashes are already long, I would go for a thickening mascara. Maybelline and Cover Girl have some decent ones for cheap. Do two or three coats.

Your eyes are brown, so I like plum shades for your eye shadow if it matches your dress.

my recommendation is not to wear too much makeup. the more natural way always looks better. whenever i go to events like that i always wear loreal waterproof double extend mascara because it lenthens and adds some volume. then for eyeliner i wear a little bit of maybelline expertwear in black. it doesn't smudge and lasts a long time. if i decide to put on blush i would recommend maybelling dream mouse blush because it isn't a powder so it doesn't rub off easily.

Think about the theme of the ball to focus your choices down to just a few. Go to a few salons and look at their books for ideas.

I suggest you get yourself totally ready, then go to LS Ayres and have the specialists do your makeup! Its free and easy. Tip them though.

Have fun

Take your dress with you to make an appointment at the salon for hair and make up so that the stylist can give you tips and she can see what looks good with you dress, lol
