What do the green arrows and black "x's" supposed to mean on the Razr phone through Verizon?

The green arrow from your call history means a dialed call from the cell (it is pointed up).

The blue arrow pointing down means received call.

The RED "x" means missed call.

I think it is your call log. Calls comming in or out will have arrows.
The x means you did not answer that call.
