well, I think almost everyone who went to public elementary school here has said the Pledge of Allegiance at least once, that's swearing allegiance to America, but it may not "count" because young kids rarely understand exactly what they're doing when they say it.

All! If anyone ever had to swear allegiance to the US then it wouldn't be the US. It would be like swearing allegiance to king and country and if you don't agree with the government then you're put in jail. We have free speech for a reason!

I believe Hasidic Jew's do not. They have no problem accepting all the benefits of living in America, they just don't feel the need to give back, not even those words.
