Baseball players wear funny tight fitting trousers, with socks tucked over them. They look like chavs. Why?
Any why would grown men want to play rounders (which is what baseball really is)?

they wear silly clothes because it pays well.....at the top at least. never got into baseball, though. 8 minutes of action in a game that lasts hours. and even then it wasn't much of a spectacle to behold. yes they look silly running around in their silly clothes.....but i suppose i'll just let them play so we can laugh at them here. well i'm actually done laughing at them for now, anyway. they do look rather silly don't they?

As a current High School baseball player, we wear tight panst so we can move better, and not everyone tucks the socks, but i do it so the dirt stays out of my pants

Excuse me,but their clothes are not silly. It's called Tradition. Look at the beginning of the sport and take a look at their uniforms. Not much has changed since then.

As with most things adopted from the British, the Americans took something (rounders) and made it better (baseball). Same as they did with their government, their military, and countless other things.

dude....what? They where those tight fitting clothes because they're called uniforms. It's easier for them to move and run and stuff. it's like football. And those grown men play rounders because that's their passion, they love doing wat they do. dude where have u been....
