I think about anything and everything. My mind never stops, not even when I am sleeping; I always dream. You know how when you read about learning to relax or meditation, and it says to clear your mind, I cannot do that! I don't know how people can get their mind to be blank. I'll be thinking all the time, "Okay don't think of anything, clear your mind, stop thinking, okay, now stop thinking", and I just can't do it. It doesn't really bother me though. When I want to relax, I just think good thoughts.

It seems like I am always thinking about music, I can't help it, I always have music stuck in my head almost 24/7, and that's almost always what I'm thinking about.

How to avoid thinking...thinking does nothing but get me into trouble 99% of the time...so I think up ways to avoid it whenever possible.

just went back to school, so I have been thinking about the classes and work for them a lot.....
my brother and his g/f are coming to my house for a week long visit soon and so I have also been thinking about places to take them.

don't know but most of the times i am finding myself asking " why the hell am i waiting at the red light ? " i am spending 80 seconds of my life sitting at the semaphore, or waiting in line.. i usually think i don;t really enjoy life fully, and i only have one. all of us..
