Ichiro Suzuki by a large margin.
He's the only hitter with 200 hits in every season since the 2001 season. He led the majors in 3 of the seasons, with such totals as 242 in 2001 and a whopping 262 in 2004. He has a total of 1354 hits. The second most is Juan Pierre with 1182. Albert Pujols is third with 1159 in that time frame.

Without looking it up, I'd guess that it has to be Ichiro - he has 200 in every season, and he also broke the single-season hit record.
