Which Jacksonville? There are several. Jacksonville, WI & Jacksonville WV & Jacksonville, FL all have groups... The best thing to do is to go to Freecycle.org and locate your state and then it will show all the cities that have Freecycle groups in your state and you can find all the ones that are close to you.

Just go to http://www.freecycle.org. Click through the geographical locations until you narrow it down to your local area. If there's no group in Jacksonville, choose the closest one and follow the prompts to sign up. That's it! They do ask that your first post be an offer, but after that you can post all the "wanted" ones you want.

I'm not sure there's a freecycle in Jacksonville, but there are a bunch in New Jersey:
