What would help me would be small walks, just in my house. I would walk from room to room, down the hall, etc. for about 15 minutes just to help things move inside. It always helped me. If you don't feel like walking I'd say lay down and just rub your belly in a circular motion for a while.

I have 2 children and I am 51/2 months pregnant with my third. I never had bloating with the other 2 but with this little one I am severely bloated, miserable. I have been bloated since around 6-8 weeks. It seems to be easing up a little. I was told to eat bland food(without spices), very small amounts at a time and foods that are easy to digest, such as, cereal, fruit, etc. which is fine but sometimes you want a meal. Anyway, your digestive tact has slowed down so bloating is normal but I think some of us suffer with it a little more than others...good luck.

I know I am 5 weeks and I am so bloated
my husband will massage my stomach softly but I am also
a little bit constipated
I think that is the reason
I also heard that it is normal
Good luck
by the way I also notice that I am bloated when I take my Vitamins before eating
so I recomended that you take them after or during eating
