With the original Sims game, is there a way to acquire unlimited money?

What you do is hit ctrl+shift+c then a green thing will pop up, when you hit the green thing it will show a blinking slash, then you type in some crazy thing like !;'!:!:;!;!:!;1; then press enter. But if it says something like 'No Previous Cheat' you may have to try again. It will only work if it says 'No Such Cheat'. Then it wont go away, so hit enter as many times as you want untill you go as much money as you want. A word of advice: Never make it go away unless you quit the game. I am sorry if it sounds messy but try it, it really works. Oh.. rosebud works like this too but uhh.. it gives you only $1,000, this gets more money faster.

An easy way to get a ton of money with no job is to exit the game, browse to the folder you installed the game in. Open the UserData Folder copy the Houses folder to your desktop. Reopen the game, and sell everything in your house! Then exit the game and copy the houses folder from your desktop over the old houses folder in userdata. When you open the game again you will have everything back, and still have the money from selling it all. You can repeat the process over and over again! You can also move houses by changing the numbers in the houses folder. Be sure you backup your houses folder first!

you can use 2 ways.. but it may take a while.. it gets you money
in the thing where you type stuff to say... type:
katching or mother_lode they get you big amopunts of money each time you type tham
